Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Cobs Web Angelic LLC. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Cobs Web Angelic LLC agrees to provide the client with services as outlined in a mutually agreed-upon Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement. Services may include, but are not limited to, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, social media marketing, and content marketing.

2. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Cobs Web Angelic LLC with timely access to necessary resources, including website backends, ad accounts, analytics platforms, and any other materials required for the successful execution of services. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, materials, and information provided to Cobs Web Angelic LLC.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services will be made according to the schedule outlined in the SOW. Services are typically billed on a recurring monthly basis. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services. Ad spend for PPC campaigns is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform (e.g., Google, Meta) and is separate from our management fees.

4. Term and Termination

The term of the agreement will be specified in the SOW. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date. Cobs Web Angelic LLC will cooperate in the transition of campaign assets and data back to the client.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained from the other party during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, and campaign data. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cobs Web Angelic LLC will make every effort to achieve the client's marketing goals, but we do not guarantee specific results, such as search engine rankings, lead volume, or revenue increases. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client to Cobs Web Angelic LLC in the preceding three months.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cobs Web Angelic LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
